Installing and Configuring Response Manager

There are two steps to installing Response Manager – installing the software itself, and configuring it to suit your needs. As soon as you complete installation and restart your computer, the configuration process starts. However, if you do not complete the configuration, you can run the Response Manager configuration program later.

This documentation does not cover installation of Response Manager in a load-balanced configuration; i.e., one with a master server and worker processes on one or more computers. Contact emailtopia support to arrange for assistance with a load-balanced installation.
